The purpose of this class is to encourage one another and stir up the gifts that we have received in the Holy Spirit through fellowship, teaching, worship and encouraging words inspired by God for one another. It is to equip followers of Christ to learn to listen to the most precious voice in all the world...the Holy Spirit. We want to encourage prophecy, prophetic acts and radical obedience to what God is saying in our lives to promote Godliness, Holiness, Christ-likeness and servanthood in whatever situations we find ourselves in. We believe that God speaks through the bible as well as in dreams, visions and prophetic utterances as God always has throughout time. We endeavour to learn, to listen and to interpret what these mean.
Hearing the voice of God motivates us towards spiritual growth more than anything else. The Bible tells us that our heavenly father is speaking to us all the time, so how do we tune in our hearts so that we can hear him? This class will encourage you to grow in your relationship with God by learning the many various ways that God speaks to people today. Whether you are a new Christian or have been one your whole life, all are invited.

The purpose of this class is not to judge one another, fix or repair one another, or expose one another. It isn’t to forecast future events, expound the secrets of the book of Revelation, or to state our emphatic views of the rapture. It isn’t to reveal to the church how anointed we are or to complain about how unanointed we aren’t.

This is a 6 week class geared towards those who are interested in the basics of Christianity. Whether you've been a Christian for years and would like a brush up on the basics, or you are a spiritual seeker wanting some answers to life's difficult questions, all people can benefit from the fundamental truths that emerge from this course.
