We strive to be a place where all people can feel included, accepted and loved. Here are several ways you can connect at AVC. Table Sunday

Table Sunday at the Abbotsford Vineyard is an opportunity to nurture relationships

An Abbotsford Vineyard favorite, Table Sunday is a special time when we combine our worship celebration with a delicious lunch. We sit around tables as a way to ge to know new people and nurture friendships. Table Sundays happen every six to eight weeks.

If you'd like to connect and make a contribution, join the Table Sunday Serving Team. We always need people to help with food prep, set up, and clean up on Table Sundays. It's fun, rewarding, and easy to fit in your schedule. Contact Kelly Bulat if you can help out withset up or Ruth Jackson if you can help clean up.

Classes

Classes at the Abbotsford Vineyard help us grow in our relationship with God

Throughout the year we offer a few courses, including new believer's classes, baptism classes, and a few other biblical, topical or practical classes. Classes are designed to help you grow in your relationship with God. They usually run for four to six weeks on Sunday mornings at 9:00 a.m.

 

 

Small Groups

Involvement in a small group is a core value at the Abbotsford Vineyard

Small groups can help you build meaningful relationships and grow spiritually. Since small group involvement is a core value of the Abbotsford Vineyard, we encourage everyone to join a group or start one. More information on our small groups is here.

Outreach Events and Missions Trips

Involvement with missions at the Abbotsford Vineyard is an excellent way to connect and make friends for life

We are a church that reaches out to the people of Abbotsford and beyond in fun and practical ways. We offer an Extreme Home Makeover for a family in need as opportunity arises, host dinners and coffeehouses at the Cyrus Centre on Saturday evenings, run Prison Alpha at both Matsqui Institution and Pacific Institutions, and bring our Free!Style trailer (free mobile fashion outlet) to the Food Bank, and Treatment Centers in the area. We invite you to participate in our evangelism and/or outreach events throughout the year.

We also have missions trips to Oliver, BC, Haiti and Mexico every year. It's a wonderful opportunity to serve with other people in the church. Many people have made lasting friendships from serving together on one of our trips. Come and join us!
