40 Days of Prayer
Ask the Lord what you should give up for 40 days; food, refined sugar, high fat foods, coffee, meat, social media, Netflix, or even your phone.
Pray about adding more: prayer, bible reading, exercise, or time with someone important. If it’s prayer, look up resources on prayer, and experiment with a new form. If it’s Bible reading, try a new reading plan, a new Bible app, or return to something that’s worked in the past.

Sundays we're going through the book of John; maybe you want to read a chapter John a day. If you do that every day, you’ll have read it twice!
Whatever you add, commit to doing it every day for 40 days, even if it’s just for 10 minutes.
