We believe community is essential and fundamental to a growing disciple of Jesus. While our corporate worship services re an important part of our church, it is in the context of small groups where we can experience real community. If you are not yet involved in a small group, we encourage you to make time for it in your life. Please contact Bonner Wolf if you interested in getting more information. See our Community Groups page
We love kids at Abbotsford Vineyard and believe that children have a special part to play in God’s kingdom. We want to provide our children with a safe and fun place to get to know Jesus better, where they learn who they are as sons and daughters of God and are mentored and influenced by teachers who care about them. Please contact Amy Flint if you interested in getting more information. See our Kids Rock page.
We have a great group of youth in grades six through twelve who have a passion for Jesus, for knowing His Word, for wanting to be more like him, and for sharing Jesus with those around them. We have an amazing team of youth leaders who mentor and encourage our youth. Please contact Mike if you are interested in getting more information or about how you can get involved. See our Student Ministry page or contact Mike Fornwald.
If you are 18-28ish, and are looking for a place to build community, come join us! One of the unique ways we reach out to our own community is through our Free!Style Ministry which provides a variety of brand new, high-quality clothing that we give away to individuals and families who can really use it. This often opens the doors to conversations, relationships, and continued opportunities to serve those in need. Please contact Leslie Canaday for more information on how you can get involved. More information available on our Freestyle page.
Recovery Ministries for women provides hope and healing through God’s word and providence to women who are struggling with substance abuse. We seek freedom from these life-controlling substances through work in a 12 Step program that stands on God as their higher power. Coming alongside these women with love and joy sees lives transformed and healed with hope restored. With God everything is possible. Contact Jane Cooper for more information or visit our Recovery Ministry page.

WORSHIP & CREATIVE ARTS
At the Abbotsford Vineyard Church, we put a high priority on worship. We believe that fixing our eyes on Jesus, individually and corporately, in the midst of both the joys and heartbreaks of life – realigns our hearts to His goodness and hope, that worship and prayer are some of the most powerful places where the Lord renews and equips us for the things He has called us to, and that worship is a lifestyle that moves beyond our corporate gatherings and overflows into the way we live our everyday lives. As our worship is poured out to bless and honour the Father’s heart, He is delighted to reach down to bless, to heal and to set His people free. We are continually on the lookout for people who are gifted and passionate to be part of leading God’s people into his presence through worship. Because our musicians have high visibility and a high calling, we desire them to model a life of passionately pursuing God, pouring out their lives and worship to Him unreservedly (for more on this see our brochure on “Leadership at the Vineyard). As a music community, we desire to reach to places of excellence in our craft and be continually on a journey of honing our skills and giftings. For more information contact Tracy Rahn.
