Church Around the Dinner Table

Years ago AVC enjoyed a regular event called Table Sunday. The Sunday Service would include a meal and everyone sat around tables instead of in rows. The formal part of the service was shorter, leaving time for fellowship and connection. We think it's a good time to revisit this forgotten tradition!

We'll meet at 4pm, but in the gym instead of the sanctuary. The gym entrance is across the breezeway from the foyer entrance we usually use. Find a table and share it with friends you know or friends you will make.

This will be a potluck meal and we'll need crock-pots filled with casseroles, stews, etc, and some desserts. Deets below. If you can help, please send an email to the office.

  Singles/ Young Adults can bring a salad or buns

We'll supply plates and cutlery, butter, coffee and tea and water.

We'll need volunteers to come early to set up coffee machine and other volunteers to clean up afterwards.
